This is the second EZ PZ cup I've purchased

This is the second EZ PZ cup I've purchased. I like the idea of them, but there are just a few flaws that make me avoid reaching for them at times.
-The lid is pretty easy to get off. If they squeeze in the right place it can just pop right out.
-The straw is also easy to pull out if you have a curious child.
-If the cup is dropped or thrown it can make quite a big mess--and it bounces.

For the good:
-It is a great started cup despite the flaws. It is easy to hold, a good size for small hands, and has been a helpful tool in helping both my kids learn to use a straw and an open cup.

This is the perfect first cup for baby

This is the perfect first cup for baby. I introduced it to my son around 6mos so he could get used to drinking from a cup and the straw. It's a great buy for the price. It's small enough for his little hands to hold comfortably, and is weighted at the bottom for him to learn how to hold it upright. But It's not too heavy for him to hold. The silicone is also great for easy clean up and safety for gnawing little mouths when teeth come in. The straw also has little bumps to teach them to clamp down on it. Would buy again!

Just as a general FYI, the cup is EXACTLY 4 oz

Just as a general FYI, the cup is EXACTLY 4 oz. So if you wanted to serve your kid 4 oz of milk and have them practice using a straw, this isn't the cup for you. Otherwise, the cup cups and the straw straws, oh and that lid? It lids pretty well.
