Refund policy

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of shipment. Please email us with any questions or concerns. An original order number is required, and items must be securely returned to our facility. You will need a return label and box. Any items that are requested to be shipped back and are not returned will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

We encourage thoughtful purchasing and offer guidance to help you select the right item. If you need help selecting an item for a certain age, stage, highchair, or decor, please contact us pre-purchase for assistance. Online marketplaces often send returns to landfills, but we resell, donate, recycle, or properly dispose of returns. We only exchange items if defective or damaged, or in original packaging.

Conscious Consumerism Note: To promote mindful purchasing, we do not offer "free shipping, free returns." Shipping is free over $75, and shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Note about Return Labels and Shipping Fees: To start a return, please contact us to obtain a return label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Ensure all returns are securely packaged in a box to avoid damage during transit.

Shipping Fees: We do not refund shipping fees. 

Rebuy Program, Relove & Recycling Policy: Return goods purchased at Hip Mommies or any ezpz products purchased in Canada, and receive a shop credit for shop.hipmommies.ca equal to 30% of the original purchase price (current MSRP). Returned goods will be inspected and either donated, resold through our ReLove program—offering Canadian parents previously loved goods at a discount—or properly recycled with Terracycle.

Final Sale, ReLove Items, and Gift Cards: These items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Gift with Purchase Promotion: All items must be returned for a full refund. If you wish to keep the gifted item, we will adjust the refund accordingly. For a full refund, return all items including the gift.

Third-Party Purchases: We do not provide refunds or replacements for items bought from partners or third parties like Retail stores or Amazon. Please contact them directly.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item(s), a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds of gifted products will be in store credit. Note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Shipping fees may be deducted from your refund if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items: Intimate, sanitary goods, gift cards, health and personal care items, and sale items are non-refundable.

Shipping Information: Orders are shipped within two business days in recyclable, reused, or compostable packaging. Orders ship from Toronto via courier or Canada Post, and you will receive a tracking number. Canada Post may provide a "card for pick-up" if you cannot accept your package. Contact us for special shipping requests.
