A: Only retail stores can purchase goods from Hip Mommies. If you see anything you like, please view our map to find a store in your area already carrying our stuff!
Q: I can’t see the prices. How much are your products?
A: You’ll need an account to see this information. Once you have one, you’ll be able to login and have access to all kinds of stuff!
Ordering
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Any way you want! Feel free to use our system, phone, fax, or email your order to us – whatever you’re most comfortable with. We think the easiest way is to use our online ordering system, but hey, whatever works.
Becoming a Retailer
Q: I own a retail store and would like to carry your products. How do I get started?
A: You can start by filling out our form. We’ll review your submission and contact you about setting up your account.
Q: Are there any reasons why my store won’t be approved to sell your products?
A: We believe in ethical business practices. If we already do business with a store across the street from you, there may be a problem if you want to carry the same product. That being said, we discuss and use common sense when it comes to product placement and stores in close proximity of each other.
Q: How do I get listed on your retailer map?
A: We require at least three orders before adding your store to our roster.
Q: My store is opening in a couple of weeks and I need to get inventory asap. How soon can I receive product?
A: Once approved, setting up your account is simple. We ship on a daily basis and it’s not rare to get orders shipped literally hours after they’re placed. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Q: I own a small boutique. Do you have mimimum ordering requirements?
A: We do, but we’re in this together with our clients. We understand that it may not be possible to handle a ton of inventory, and we’ll try our best to accommodate.
Retailer Tools
Q: I am making a website and need images of your products for my web team. Where can I get images?
A: When you log-in to the system with your retailer account, you will see a link to a “Retailers Tools” page under the greeting message at the top right of the page. Here we have images of our products for download, as well as some promotional tools like Twitter backgrounds for you to use to market these products. You can download there.
Q: I need a hi-res image of a product and I cannot find it on the Retailers Tools Page. Do you have one somewhere else?
A: No, sorry. Everything we have been supplied by the manufacturers is in that area. We are often asking the manufacturers for photos of new models, products lines or re-brands and when we get any new images we post them there. Not all of the manufacturers have hi-res images available at this time, but we will keep on them!
Pricing
Q: Can I price your products any way I like?
A: We ask that you respect the MSRP. We believe in competition, but we do not approve of shady sales tactics that undermine both the product we provide and the network of retailers across the country you’re a part of. If we find that a store is going against our intentions of proper business ethics, we will have no choice but to revoke the account of such store.
Shipping
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship everywhere in Canada. If you have a store, we’ll find a way to get it to you.
Q: Who do you ship with?
A: We use an array of couriers and depending on the size of the order, look for the most cost efficient service. If you have an account with a specific courier and prefer to use it, we are happy to oblige.

Q: Can we pick up our order?
A: Absolutely. We ask that you coordinate a date and time, but yes, come on by!
